Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, biocomputing, and decentralized autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Forge strategic alliances with academic institutions, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies
- Anticipate and mitigate societal disruptions through scenario modeling and policy recommendations
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech standards across global supply chains and infrastructure
- Present visionary strategies at Davos-level summits and congressional technology hearings
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years of executive strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to global implementation
- Deep expertise in technology ethics, policy development, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Technology Review, or equivalent tier publications
- Experience securing $50M+ in government innovation grants or corporate venture capital
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
