Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and investors with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI of futuristic initiatives
- Partner with R&D to accelerate breakthrough R&D cycles
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing, or neuromorphic engineering
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
