- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Pioneer internal skunkworks projects for disruptive technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Track record of launching commercialized innovation initiatives with measurable market impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies preferred
