Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to align technical capabilities with strategic objectives
- Present technology strategies and recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks in technology development
- Experience building cross-functional innovation ecosystems
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy)
