Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption windows
- Develop AI-powered innovation frameworks for product development lifecycle
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across emerging tech verticals
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least three frontier technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
