Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of experimental projects
- Collaborate with academic institutions and startups to identify partnership opportunities
- Drive sustainable technology integration across product portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and project management (PMP preferred)
