Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations including quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, biotech convergence, autonomous systems) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep understanding of ethical AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
