Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitor landscapes to inform strategic positioning
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and secure executive buy-in
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech integration, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futurism
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and managing R&D pipelines
