Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with UN SDGs and market disruption forecasts
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system integration for climate modeling and personalized medicine applications
- Establish innovation partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and top-tier biotech startups
- Present quarterly tech foresight briefings to C-suite and Board of Trustees
- Oversee patent portfolio development for 50+ emerging tech innovations annually
- Design ethical frameworks for neural interface and autonomous systems deployment
- Manage $2M annual innovation sandbox budget for rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurology with 10+ years industry experience
- Published author in Nature/Science on emerging technology impact assessment
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory landscape for AGI and synthetic biology (FDA/EMA/ISO compliance)
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages with proficiency in quantum circuit design
- Experience securing DoD/EU Horizon grants for dual-use technology projects
- Certification in Technology Foresight from WFS or equivalent futurist body
