Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning studies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and investors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
