- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects for emerging technologies
- Build and nurture relationships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and business acumen with MBA or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation (articles, patents, white papers)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
