- Facilitate innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and innovation portfolio success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech convergence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through innovation sprints and agile methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
