Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with global sustainability and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and carbon-negative data centers
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors and board members quarterly
- Build and manage an elite innovation lab with $50M annual funding
- Identify and partner with emerging startups and academic research institutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three of: AI governance, quantum algorithms, biometric interfaces
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year technology predictions
