Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends with 2026+ impact (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop and present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for future tech positioning
- Build and maintain relationships with tech incubators, research institutions, and venture partners
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps across global organizations
