Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Design strategic frameworks for technology adoption across enterprise operations
- Present executive-level recommendations on technology investments and partnerships
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on technology evolution
- Mentor cross-functional teams on strategic technology implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-level technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with patent strategy and intellectual property commercialization
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
