- Mentor junior strategists and build future-tech talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis
- Certified in strategic innovation management (e.g., CSM, CIPM)
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
