Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of architecting multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFS) or equivalent experience
