Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation cycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and ethical implementation
- Champion inclusive design principles in all future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from technology strategy implementations
