- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential and create implementation strategies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex tech ecosystems
- Published thought leader with 20+ industry presentations or papers
- Certified in Strategic Technology Planning (CSTP) or equivalent
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
