Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging tech including quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof solutions into current offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation lab operations and mentor next-gen technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong background in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business preferred
