- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with market evolution trends

- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical implementation of next-gen automation systems
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate startup innovations into our ecosystem
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets for experimental initiatives
