Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing applications, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation pods comprising engineers, ethicists, and futurists
- Anticipate regulatory and societal impacts of emerging technologies through predictive modeling
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with government and private sector
- Prototype and validate breakthrough technologies in our state-of-the-art innovation labs
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with global impact (3+ case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotechnology
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to visualize complex systems 5+ years ahead
- Published research in Nature, Science, or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, or Rust preferred)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight from recognized institution
