As a key member of our executive leadership team, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and decentralized systems. You'll collaborate with world-class researchers, engineers, and policymakers to translate emerging trends into actionable strategies that position us at the forefront of technological evolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or biotech
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or scale-up tech environments
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Strong network with VCs, research labs, and policy think tanks
