- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, Web4.0) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify first-mover opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, bioinformatics)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech implementations
