Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design strategic partnerships with tech startups, academic institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology vision to stakeholders through compelling executive presentations
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Executive communication skills with ability to influence C-suite and board members
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in strategic innovation management (e.g., CSM, CEH, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling technology solutions in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
