Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuro interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing proof-of-concept projects and market pilots
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks tracking global tech disruption trends
- Secure and manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies and ethical tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 2025+ tech implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Track record of launching products with $10M+ ARR or equivalent market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certified Futurist (CF) or Strategic foresight certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational tech strategy implementations
