Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement future-focused initiatives across product development
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation through knowledge-sharing workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and market signals
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Tech Strategy certification)
- Demonstrated success in launching innovative products with $10M+ revenue impact
