Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into executable product development plans
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications to ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
