Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy/regulatory shifts and advise on compliance strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, academic institutions, and R&D labs
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving digital transformation
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience developing long-term strategic plans with measurable outcomes
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends highly valued
