Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 market dominance
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation team of 5-8 specialists
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and market adoption
- Represent Nexus at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services in AI, quantum, or sustainability
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Deep understanding of emerging tech commercialization pathways
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
