Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market trends
- Lead innovation labs for emerging tech (quantum computing, neural interfaces, bio-digital systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate technological capabilities into business strategy
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for future tech implementation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting (preferred)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
