Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints on quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI
- Partner with product teams to integrate next-gen solutions into enterprise ecosystems
- Conduct horizon-scanning for breakthrough technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance and sustainable tech standards
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with Tableau/Power BI proficiency
