- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology advisory role
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing scenarios for technological disruption
