- Drive policy advocacy for responsible AI and emerging tech governance
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Secure federal grants and venture capital for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology
- Published work in Nature/Science journals or top-tier tech conferences
- Expertise in emerging tech impact assessment frameworks
- Experience leading multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Deep knowledge of DARPA/NSF grant ecosystems
- Certified in Futures Thinking (CFT) or similar foresight methodology
