Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market entry
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation through our quarterly 'FutureSprint' hackathons
- Maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year vision cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, biotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in emerging technology forecasting (preferred)
- Experience scaling global tech teams across multiple time zones
