Responsibilities

- Develop future-proof technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech adoption and responsible innovation
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technology architects
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in foresight or futures research
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech, or decentralized systems)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification preferred
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing technology investment decisions
- Strong leadership background in managing diverse technical teams
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
