Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead innovation workshops and R&D initiatives with 15+ global stakeholders
- Present technology strategies to executive boards and secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technologists
- Monitor competitor landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology management
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or conferences
