Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) and assess commercial viability
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI adoption and human-centric digital transformation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into corporate vision and investor communications
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption impact across global operations
- Represent the company at industry forums and publish thought leadership on next-gen tech paradigms
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology transformations valued at $50M+
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies (NIST, EU AI Act)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
