Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align tech investments with long-term business vision
- Build and maintain ecosystem of startup partnerships and academic research collaborations
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling innovative tech solutions from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, research institutions, Fortune 500 R&D)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
