Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members
- Drive adoption of ethical AI and sustainable tech practices
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized futuristic products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
