Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Design strategic frameworks for technology integration and organizational adoption
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on technology investments
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving strategic transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
