- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Establish strategic alliances with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate complex technological concepts into compelling narratives for C-suite stakeholders
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Drive innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026-vision track record
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling global innovation programs with $50M+ budgets
