Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Manage $50M+ technology investment portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across 15 global business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- 12+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Experience presenting to Fortune 500 executive teams and investors
- Certification in technology foresight or scenario planning preferred
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or conferences
