- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of emerging technologies (biotech, neurotech, climate tech)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption scenarios
- Oversee $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech foresight
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from prototype to production
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and digital ethics
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., PESTLE, SWOT-X)
