Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI/ML integration, quantum computing, and sustainable tech adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to align technology investments with growth targets
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Mentor technical teams in emerging technologies and agile methodologies
- Manage technology partnerships and vendor relationships for innovation acceleration
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI, quantum, or sustainability focus)
- Proven track record of scaling technology roadmaps in high-growth environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis frameworks
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
