- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Manage technology risk assessment and mitigation strategies for future-proof operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in technology strategy
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
- Portfolio of successfully implemented strategic technology initiatives
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency a plus
