- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
