Qualifications

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in Agile/DevOps and technology management frameworks
- Experience leading teams of 20+ technical professionals
