Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2025+ roadmap delivery
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier tech conferences
- Track record of securing $10M+ in innovation funding
