- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers and startup incubators in our innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of tech strategy experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from prototype to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (US/EU/Asia)
- Deep familiarity with DARPA/IARPA grant cycles and DoD innovation programs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
